vSMART works with all the current range of Vaillant boilers to give you anytime, anywhere control of your heating and hot water through an easy-to-use app*.

vSMART™ works with Amazon Echo, so, you can ask Alexa to change the temperature. You can also control the temperature via the vSMART app which is available for both Apple and Android devices.

If you would like to submit any query, security concern or feedback, please use the ‘contact us’ function in the app. To access the ‘contact us’ function, select the settings in the top right of the app screen and you will see ‘contact us’. Once your message has been raised, our app support team will reply and update you by email. Replies will be sent to the email address used to set up the vSMART account.

A password for the vSMART app must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 of each: an upper-case letter, lower-case letter, numerical digit and a special character. The password will be set as part of creating your vSMART account.

The vSMART™ app makes it easy for you to control heating and hot water anytime, anywhere. So, if you’re going to be late home, you can delay your heat coming on so you’re not heating an empty house. When you get back, you'll be rest assured that your house will be the precise temperature to you're always coming back to your comfort zone.

As soon as vSMART™ is installed, it starts to understand your home's heating needs and makes your boiler work smarter to minimise energy bills. You can switch it onto holiday mode and vSMART will automatically find a balance to make sure you’re protected from frost while avoiding you spending money heating an empty home.
