*Cover & Care packages are available for all Vaillant heat pump systems under 6 months old.
Please note: The Cover and Care package can only be taken in conjunction with annual servicing and Appliance Function Check completed by Vaillant. You are required to register your product within 30 days of completion of the property purchase for new build houses or 30 days of installation, whilst the Cover and Care package must be activated within 6 months from completion. The Cover and Care package only becomes active once an Appliance Function Check has been completed and signed off by Vaillant. The 1st service will take place 12 months from the installation date. Pricing listed as of February 2023 and may be subject to change. Additional abortive and revisit fees will apply if the Appliance Function Check cannot be completed or signed off.
What is an Appliance Function Check?
An Appliance Function Check is a site visit from a Vaillant heat pump engineer to confirm the appliance is installed and functioning to its manufacturer’s specification. Giving you the peace of mind of trouble-free operation and the best possible efficiency.

Annual servicing
To maintain your heat pump product guarantee you must have an annual service. Regular servicing has the added benefit of keeping your system running efficiently and can solve any issues before they cause a breakdown.
For peace of mind, annual heat pump services are included with all Cover and Care Packages with Vaillant. Our team will contact you on the anniversary of your installation each year to schedule your service.

How do I look after my Vaillant heat pump?
