Feedback, questions or concerns
If you would like to submit any query, security concern or feedback, please use the ‘send feedback’ function in the app.
To access the ‘send feedback’ function, select settings in the bottom left of the app screen and you will see ‘send feedback’ toward the bottom of the screen.
Once your message has been raised, our app support team will reply and update you by email. Replies will be sent to the email address used to set up the myVAILLANT account.
